DECATUR Inspired by the duality of Murrell’s Row street and the free-thinking values of the Rowdies, Murrell’s Row Spirits seemed like a fitting name for our distillery. Nate, Lee, and Bo all have their roots in bars, restaurants, and hospitality. The community and the love that surrounds the service Eno Amaro was designed to have a bittersweet balance that won’t overpower a cocktail. This Georgia-made amaro is inspired by a classic, homemade cola recipe. 19 botanicals go into making a batch of Eno Amaro. Orange, lemon, and lime peels are macerated and distilled to give Eno bright aromatics. Baking spices such as clove, allspice, star anise, and whole vanilla beans bring warmth and sweetness. Hyssop adds a herbaceous, grassy note. Rhubarb root adds a deep earthy backbone. Gentian root and bitter orange peel bitterness balance the sweetness from the organic cane sugar. Wild cherry bark adds just an extra touch of a woody, cola note. Nardini Amaro 62PF / 1.0L An infusion of alcohol, bitter orange, peppermint and the roots of the alpine yellow gentian. Amaro Nardini is a smooth digestive liqueur with a distinct licorice aftertaste. It has a well-balanced, herbal and fruity taste, with an intense chocolate brown color. BUSTED PIPE (BOURBON AMARO COCKTAIL) INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz. Nardini Amaro 1 ½ oz. bourbon 1 luxardo cherry 1 lemon twist DIRECTIONS

Place a large ice cube in a glass. Pour in the amaro. Pour in the same amount of bourbon. Garnish with the luxardo cherry and lemon twist. Stir with a spoon, then enjoy.

ROYAL VALLET MEXICO, MEXICO CITY Henri Vallet crafted these classic bitters in the 1860s, when he emigrated to Mexico from France during colonization. He remained in his adopted homeland and by the 1880s had established local prominence as a skilled distiller. Vallet Amargo Angostura Vallet 90PF / 750ML A bitter liqueur made from Angostura bark and a maceration of cherry fruits, cloves and other roots and spices. Herbal notes of bittersweet dark chocolate and citrus rind balance an earthly richness to create this delightful elixir.
