LAGRIMAS MEXICO, JALISCO Lagrimas del Valle is a Vintage, “Rancho Unico” (Single Ranch) Tequila — celebrating the unique and distinctive characteristics of the very best single ranches of Agave. Lagrimas is produced in collaboration with the Rosales family, of Tequila Cascahuin, led by current Master Distiller, Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo - the fourth generation of his family, their distilling tradition dating back to 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco; within the heart of the “Valley” of Tequila. Lagrimas Plata La Loma 92PF / 750ML La Loma is the Fourth Field harvested for Lágrimas del Valle, selected for its high-quality agave. It showcases an agave forward presence, with hints of citrus peel, ripe melon, roasted pine nuts, & clover, with a punctuated and layered palate, bright citrus notes, subtle minerality and rich agave. Lagrimas Reposado La Loma 92PF / 750ML La Loma Reposado rested for just 3 months. It showcases notes of tangerine, canela, and lemongrass, all around a core of roasted agave, anise, salted caramel, and cantaloupe.

PURASANGRE MEXICO, JALISCO Spanish for “Thoroughbred,” Tequila Purasangre is highly regarded in Mexico for its mature-agave flavor and highland Atotonilco El Alto pedigree. Native highlander and master distiller Enrique Fonseca employs a unique technique by distilling first in stainless steel alembic pot stills followed by a second distillation in copper pots. The tequila is both rich and balanced, with a distinctive agave flavor inherent of Atotonilco’s 5,200’ elevation. In keeping with Casa Xalixco’s house preference, they are barreled in French oak casks. Purasangre Blanco 80PF / 750ML Full bodied and rich, this Blanco is one of the truest forms of traditional Mexican Tequila flavor. MERCIALAGO INGREDIENTS 1½ oz Purasangre Tequila Blanco ¼ oz Mina Real Mezcal 1 oz grapefruit juice ¼ oz lime juice

¾ oz Simple syrup 1 dash rose water DIRECTIONS

What gives our Reposado Tequila it’s wonderful caramel color and bold flavors and aromas is the aging process of at least 3 months in American oak barrels, intensifying its agave flavor and toasted aroma.
