Sorbetta Raspberry 60PF / 375ML Raspberries are harvested from a Baiting Hollow Orchard and macerated in LIV vodka to produce a lush, fruity, and dynamic cordial. Great Women Spirits Hypatia Rubi Amaro 48PF / 750ML Including nearly 20 different botanicals ranging from savory to sweet, Hypatia is proofed with Napa Valley spring water from the Coppola family’s estate and mixed with organic cane sugar and cochineal extract for authentic carmine coloring. On entry, notes of bitter blood orange peel, while a lemon verbena floral lift coats the mouth. Followed by maraschino cherry, orange, black tea spice, savory mushroom and toasted walnut weight filling out the mouth. The palate has a “grown-up” bittersweet taste, achieved by the addition of sugar to balance the bitterness of the botanicals. J. RIEGER & COMPANY USA, MISSOURI Our Caffé Amaro is a one of a kind take on Coffee Liqueurs. This amaro is unique in that it is brought to proof (bottling strength) using cold brewed coffee from KC roaster Thou Mayest. Caffe Amaro 62PF / 750ML Gentian, orange peel, cardamom, and mint are macerated into wheat spirit then blended with cold brew. KLEOS GREECE Kleos is a female-lead brand owned by Effie Panagopoulos. The spirit Kleos is made from mastiha, a resin that is secreted by the mastiha (or skinos) tree, which can only be found in one place in the world: Greece’s fifth-largest island, Chios. Kleos Mastiha Spirit 60PF / 700ML KLEOS is made by hand in small batches, via a distillation of the rare “tears of Mastiha” and the addition of Mastiha essential oils.
