Founded in 1898 near Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, the distillery is currently run by fourth generation Jacopo Poli. A blended marc of 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet. Sarpa di Poli has a range of delicate aromas: fresh herbs, mint, rose petals and geranium. Rustic yet smooth, with a generous finish. Sarpa di Poli Oro Barrique 4yr 80PF / 700ML Merlot and Cabernet Grapes. Aromas of exotic fruit, citron, licorice, vanilla, full and rich on the palate. Po di Poli Aromatica (Traminer) 80PF / 700ML Aromaticas marc is obtained from Gewürztraminer grapes, artisanally made, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots. Poli Vespaiolo 80PF / 375ML / 1.75L A single-vintage grappa made from the pomace of the aromatic Vespaiolo variety, grown in the Breganze hills, where the soil is volcanic, and the temperature is cool. Poli Torcolato 80PF / 375ML / 1.75L Marc from dried grape pomace used for Torcolato dessert wine from Breganze. A clear grappa with a spectrum of aromas: dates, dried apricots, raisin, honey, and sweet spice. Clear brandy with pronounced aromas of apricots, pears, and orange blossom. delicate, fresh, and flavorful, with notes that persist. Poli Moscato 80PF / 1.75L A single-vintage brandy made from Moscato Bianco grapes from the Euganei hills. Here, the soil is volcanic, and the temperature is cool, creating grapes with a distinct, character and crisp acidity that are fermented in stainless steel before distillation. A fine 10-year-old, single-vintage brandy distilled from wine low in alcohol, tannins, and high acidity, made from Trebbiano di Soave. it combines the delicate aromas of Trebbiano and complex toasty notes from oak maturation, smooth and mouth filling.
