The dominant aromas and natural flavors of cooked agave are reminiscent of the brick ovens that allow the agave to hold on to the fresh citrus sensations. Cascahuin Blanco 48 Plata 96PF / 750ML This is a Tequila with no dilution or filtration with authentic proceedings honoring the founder, Salvador Rosales Briseño. First impression fragrant strong of cooked agave, pepper, and fresh herbs. After opening, the aromas shift to cardamom, nuts, coffee, honey, and butter. Without losing the dry mineral earth characteristics synonymous with Lowland Tequila. The first taste is a vibrantly refreshing with flavors of mint and fresh herbs with the contrast of bitter and sweet extending into the mouth. Cascahuin Blanco Tahona 84PF / 750ML The Tahona expression seeks to remember the historical flavors of Tequila and reaffirm the sweet flavor that Agave Tequilana Weber gives. It is a product with 100% juice extraction in Tahona, a pre-Hispanic stone that was used years ago to grind agave, resulting in more complex aromas and flavors. Cascahuin Tequila Anejo 80PF / 750ML Aged for 14-16 months in American oak barrels used for more than 20 years for Tequila maturation. Well used barrels and traditional production methods result in a caramelized oak forward profile bolstered with notes of banana, sweet, cooked agave, dried fruits, and peppery spice. Drying, slightly sweet finish. Cascahuin Tequila Reposado 80PF / 750ML Aged for 6-8 months in American oak barrels used for more than 20 years for Tequila maturation. Lots of savory and earth notes coming from the roasting in stone ovens, used barrels, and copper pot distillation. Well balanced between the sweetness of the agave and the spice of the alcohol and barrel, soft mouthfeel, easy for sipping. Cascahuin Extra Anejo 86PF / 750ML This tequila matured for48 months in American Oak barrels and subsequently a natural stabilization of four years in the pipones there more than 60-year-old distillery.
CAZCANES TEQUILA MEXICO, JALISCO Cazcanes Tequila is named after the Caxcan ― the last indigenous Mexicans to be conquered by the Spaniards. Their lineup of tequila is based on an old recipe found in a moonshine still in the jungle.
