Hillrock Double Cask Rye 90PF / 750ML This small-batch organic rye is double-barreled in air-seasoned, #4 char American oak. This specialized finishing process infuses the whiskey with deep vanilla and caramel notes, ensuring a smooth, sweet profile free of bitter tannins. Hillrock Single Malt Whiskey 96.4PF / 750ML Hand crafted with naturally grown barley, traditionally floor malted & peat smoked in the first new Malthouse built at a US distillery since Prohibition, then distilled, aged and bottled all onsite in Hudson Valley, NT, the award-winning Field-to-Glass whiskey is layered with caramel and vanilla, balanced with the Estate’s terroir signature of cinnamon and clove.
