MIRABEAU FRANCE Before we made a drop of our award-winning Mirabeau Riviera Gin, we wanted to ensure that our vision for this unique product was perfectly articulated. This gave rise to letting us be guided by these three essential truths behind our gin: True To Gin | True To The French Riviera| True To Mirabeau Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin 86PF / 200ML / 750ML At its core, Mirabeau Riviera is a classic dry gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which has been upcycled from leftover grape skins, discarded during the wine making process. This adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. The addition of some of Mirabeau’s Provence Rosé gives luxurious texture to the finished gin. Lemon and coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and angelica root impart floral and earthy tones, respectively. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. The first in our Experiment Collection, this gin is reimagined with a heavy smoke element and barrel aging. Grapefruit peel was smoked over pecan wood, and cold-smoked maple and agave syrups transform it into a smoky Old Tom gin. Oppidan Botanical Gin 100PF / 1.0L Loads of citrus lead the charge with grapefruit and lemon peel at the front. Backed up by floral, pepper, and ginger notes. POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY Gin Marconi is the result of a long tradition in distilling and of the innovative capacity of the Poli family, who has been distilling with an artisanal still since 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto. Poli Distillerie Marconi 42 Gin 84PF / 750ML Raw material: juniper berries, rosemary, mint, basil, thyme, cardamom and coriander. Production method: artisanally distilled with Crysopea, vacuum bain-marie pot still. RIGHT GIN SWEDEN RIGHT Gin is a Citrus Forward, New Western Style Gin, conceived by Lyons Brown and blended in Sweden by Henrik Facile. Each of the eight carefully sourced botanicals are distilled separately and then blended for a very elegant, balanced, and unique expression. Right Gin 94PF / 750ML RIGHT works exceptionally well in classic Gin cocktails, taken neat, and pairs beautifully with fresh and seasonal flavors. WÖLFFER ESTATE USA, NEW YORK Winemaker Roman Roth earned his oenology and distilling degree in 1992 and dreamt of making gin ever since! He had been growing Juniper since 1996, so making gin seemed the natural thing to do. With careful attention, we set out to create a luxurious, pure gin.

HARVEST APPLE INGREDIENTS 2 oz Misguided Gin ½ oz Fresh lemon juice 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

2 oz Apple cider ½ oz Honey syrup Pinch of cinnamon

Wölffer Rosé Pink Gin 80PF / 375ML / 750ML

We distill our celebrated Rosé wine to use as the gin base. For flavoring, we handpick our Juniper berries between April and July. We also use small amounts of seeds from Anise, Fennel, Coriander, Cumin, and Cardamom, along with Ginger and lime zest.

DIRECTIONS Shake liquid ingredients well. Pour over ice, garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and a lemon.
