Aromas of panettone and mandarin lead to a complex, root-driven palate anchored by earthy French gentian. Elegant, structured, and deeply aromatic. Rinomato Bitter Scuro 46PF / 1.0L A striking deep purple bitter where citrus and vanilla soften a bold blend of gentian, juniper, and wormwood. Starting with aromas of panettone and mandarin, it evolves into a dry, complex finish characterized by French gentian and earthy amaro spices.

ROYAL VALLET MEXICO, MEXICO CITY Henri Vallet crafted these classic bitters in the 1860s, when he emigrated to Mexico from France during colonization. He remained in his adopted homeland and by the 1880s had established local

prominence as a skilled distiller. Amargo Angostura Vallet 90PF / 750ML

A bitter liqueur made from Angostura bark and a maceration of cherry fruits, cloves and other roots and spices. Herbal notes of bittersweet dark chocolate and citrus rind balance an earthly richness to create this delightful elixir.

Fernet Vallet 70PF / 750ML

Made from a maceration of aromatic plants, roots and spices including cinnamon, clove, quassia wood, gentian root and cardamom. An

intensely herbal, woodsy digestif. Granada Vallet Bitter Liqueur 64PF / 750ML

Pomegranate tartness with hints of cinnamon and fennel is balanced by woody gentian root, wormwood and cinchona bark, with citrus notes of orange and kaffir lime. Oaxacan cochineal delivers its beautiful color.

ST RAPHAËL FRANCE Quinquina is a key ingredient in the St Raphaël recipe. It adds a light touch of bitterness that perfectly balances the roundness of the wine. St Raphaël Ambre Quinaquina 32PF / 750ML Quina Amber immediately reveals fragrances of cocoa, vanilla and caramel. The same flavours are found on the palate in the very smooth attack. The tannins are subtle, underscored by the flavours of the orange peel. A long finish leaves a velvety feel on the palate. St Raphaël Red Quinaquina 36PF / 750ML A bold, cocoa-driven Quina Red that balances powerful wine notes with structured quinquina tannins.
