SIEMBRA AZUL MEXICO, JALISCO Siembra Azul is the passion project of famed agave activist David Suro-Pinera. Siembra Azul is dedicated to spreading knowledge and respect for Mexico’s emblematic spirits. Los Altos de Jalisco or simply, “the highlands”, is a sub-region within the Tequila Denomination of Origin. Siembra Azul, produced by Vivancos y Asociados (NOM 1414), is emblematic of the highland terroir. Siembra Azul is made from the finest Blue Weber agave, from Arandas, Jalisco. Grown without the use of pesticides in small orchards that are owned and operated by the Vivanco family. SIEMBRA VALLES MEXICO, JALISCO Siembra Valles Tequila is produced in the volcanic, mineral rich Tequila valley. “Valles” refers to one of two main regions in the Tequila Denomination of Origin. Siembra Valles is a celebration of the lowland terroir of Tequila. Siembra Valles Ancestral 100PF / 750ML Ancestral is the only tequila in several hundred years to be hand macerated. This most special production is made with the most ancient, painstaking methods common to early distillers, and is more akin to traditional mezcal than present-day tequila. Siembra Valles Reposado Tequila 80PF / 750ML Has a natural sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits, cacao, coffee, tobacco, and vanilla from the barrel, and minerals and roasted notes of the agave. The finish has a pleasant bitterness signifying the maturation of the juice in the Missouri Ozark barrels. SOTOL
FABRIQUERO MEXICO Fabriquero is a collection of traditional distillates. produced in the Denomination of Origin Sotol: of Coahuila, Chihuahua, and Durango. It is a plant from the lily family called Dasylirion, known as the “desert spoon” or Sotol that grows in the desert in the north of Mexico. The Desert Spoon is a different species of succulent than agave, therefore it is in a different category than traditional mezcal. Fabriquero Sotol Coahuila 96PF / 750ML This vibrant sotol used a wild variety that is native to the western slopes of Coahuila. This higher elevation sotol gives off notes of pine and fresh mint, with sweet undertones. Fabriquero Sotol Durango 90PF / 750ML This meaty sotol is cooked underground using mesquite and acacia, that gives this herbaceous sotol some pronounced smokey notes that balances perfectly the fruity tones, has a very long finish.
