Seleccion de 1414 Reposado 80PF / 750ml

One of the most terroir-driven flavors in the business, agave grown at 5,400’ elevation and fermented using field derived yeast. Look for a pale straw hue and aromas that mingle dried oregano with a touch of honey. The palate is light and relatively restrained. An initial savory note opens to mild almond and vanilla sweetness, plus fleeting tropical fruit juiciness in the back, exiting with peppery tingle. Seleccion de 1579 Blanco 80PF / 750ml

Using tequila’s highest altitude agave from 6,079’, Felipe Camarena crafts this bright, aromatic tequila from stressed hillside agave, slowly roasted in brick ovens, macerated intact with fiber for a pronounced flavor, and distilled with rainwater.
