MANCINO VERMOUTH ITALY An exceptional artisanal vermouth blended with the finest ingredients to create an original, yet classic, recipe inspired by world renowned Italian bartender, Giancarlo Mancino. Used as a main ingredient in most cocktails whether forgotten or innovative. Perfect as an all-day aperitif when served neat, chilled or over ice. Mancino Vermouth Bianco Ambrato 32PF / 750ML The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Bianco Ambrato is slightly bitter with aromas of alpine rose, chamomile, elderflower, gentian and mint, sweet orange and ginger, pink grapefruit, cardamom, liquorice and quinine. 16% Vol. Slightly amber, chamomile, ginger, aloe vera, lots of quinine. Ideal for Vesper and on the rocks with an orange twist. Mancino Vermouth Chinato 35PF / 500ML A revival of the Vermouth Chinato, the three Mancinos combined with rich red Barbera D’Asti DOCG wine and Quinine bark Calissaja. The palate is rich, deep and bitter with the notes of the red wine that gives to the Chinato all the characteristic to be a remarkable digestive and aperitif. To be served chilled or at room temperature. Mancino Vermouth Kopi 34PF / 500ML LIMITED AVAILABILITY Mancino Kopi Vermouth combines its delicate and creamy palate typical of a “barista” style coffee with the luxurious variant of the famous Mancino Vermouth. In Kopi we find all the characteristics of Mancino Vermouth with the addition of 14 Robusta beans hand selected in Java and subjected to a dark roasting in Naples by Barbera Caffè, for a content of 0.5% of coffee per bottle. Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto 32PF / 750ML A product of exceptional quality and refined organoleptic characteristics, produced through the fortification of a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna and the infusion of 38 aromatic herbs, it has a dark red colour with caramel shades. The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Rosso Amaranto is full-bodied and has hints of vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, toasted wood, myrrh, cloves, cinnamon, orange peel and a bittersweet finish. 16% Vol. Mancino Vermouth Sakura 36PF / 500ML LIMITED AVAILABILITY A perfect blend of 20 botanicals based on Italian white wines with a distinct bitter taste on the palate given by the wormwood and a sweetness given by the flowers. The limited edition of Mancino Vermouth with cherry blossoms from Kyoto and Italian Viola flowers, reveals Giancarlo’s culinary infatuation with Japan and Italy. Mancino Vermouth Secco 36PF / 750ML The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Secco is made through the fortification of a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna and the infusion of 19 aromatic botanicals. It has an intense aroma of Mediterranean herbs, sage, marjoram and oregano with delicate hints of lemongrass, dog rose, iris, nutmeg and a citrusy finish. Slightly bitter, fresh and extra dry.
