Grappa Bianca (White Label) 80PF / 700ML Far and away Italy’s best-selling premium grappa, Nardini Bianca remains unchallenged as the connoisseur’s benchmark. ‘Bianca’ fills the palate with an exciting sparkle, then—largely thanks to its fine balance and extraordinary distillation quality—surprises the drinker with its remarkably gentle follow-through. Pomace of Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot and Friulano grapes harvested in the alpine foothills Italy’s Friuli region. Nardini Grappa Extrafina 84PF / 700ML The result of over two centuries of expertise and tradition in the art of distillation. This white grappa, called “Extrafina”, is a special blend of the smoothest, most fragrant grappas obtained from multiple vineyards, selected by our master distillers. Grappa Riserva 3yr 80PF / 700ML Grappa Riserva Three Years is a very fine grappa, made from the pomace of Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot and Friulano grapes from the alpine foothills of Friuli. Smooth, complex flavors result from aging in Slavonian oak barrels. Grappa Riserva 7yr Anni 90PF / 750ML Nardini Riserva Seven Years is the result of over two centuries of expertise and tradition in the art of distillation. This reserva grappa is a special blend of the smoothest, most fragrant grappas from multiple vineyards. Aged for a minimum of 7 years in Slavonia oak barrels and carefully stored in the Nardini cellars.
MINTED MARINELLA INGREDIENTS 60ml Nardini Bianca or Reserva 2 sprigs of Mint
1 tsp Sugar Syrup
Dash of Orange Bitters
Orange peel to garnish
DIRECTIONS Drop sprigs of mint in a shaker full of ice and shake hard to break up the mint. Mix the grappa, sugar syrup and bitters then shake vigorously again before pouring. Zest rim of martini glass with orange peel. Garnish with an orange twist. — JACK LEWENS
