The fifth generation is now at the helm, thereby ensuring old traditions are cherished and new ambitions fulfilled. Boomsma, Cloosterbitter Surprising green fresh herbal liqueur with notes of Mint, Clover leaf and Anise. Cloosterbitter is based on a 15th century recipe of the Monastry Clearkamp where the Monks embraced the medicinal properties of this bitter. Boomsma, Beerenberger Light bodied herbal, traditional Dutch bitter with notes of Liquorice, Gentian, Juniper berry, and Laurel and a smooth, and slightly bitter finish. No sugar is used.
