Vodka - Gin - Genever

Mules are one the world’s favorite drinks, no matter what part of the world you’re in. Take your favorite base spirit and add a little lime and ginger beer, then sit back and watch the sunset. A modern classic version is a Gin-Gin Mule, created by Audrey Saunders at New York’s Pegu Club.

GRAPPA VODKA • GIN • GENEVER GRAPE BRANDIES FRUIT BRANDIES • EAU DE VIE

Gin-Gin Mule 1.5 oz Dry Gin (such as Golden Moon or Dogwood’s Union Gin) .75 oz Fresh lime juice 1 oz Simple syrup
 1 oz Spicy ginger beer 6 Mint sprigs

Remove 6-8 leaves of mint and muddle with simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker tin. Add gin and shake. Strain into a highball glass or Mule mug. Top with ginger beer and garnish with remaining mint sprigs.
