GRAPE BRANDIES Poli – continued

Poli, Barrique A mixture of red grape varieties of the Vicenza province, Veneto. This single-vintage grappa is aged 13 years in 225-liter Allier barriques. Poli Jacopo, Poli Vespaiolo Vespaiolo is a single-vintage grappa made from the pomace of the aromatic Vespaiolo variety, grown in the Breganze hills of the Veneto region, where the soil is volcanic and the temperature is cool. Poli Jacopo, Poli Torcolato Marc from dried grape pomace used for Torcolato dessert wine from Breganze, Veneto. This is a clear grappa with a full spectrum of aromas: dates, dried apricots, raisin, honey and sweet spice. On the palate, the depth is incredible, rich and persistent; the flavors continue to evolve well into the finish. Poli, Cleopatra Moscato Oro A grappa obtained from very fresh marc, featuring a refinement and bouquet rarely found in a distillate. A brief stay in oak barrels completes the structure.
