Since 1898 the Poli family has been operating their artisanal grappa distillery near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of the Veneto. Today, fourth-generation Jacopo Poli has elevated grappa production to an art form. Here he extends his expertise to include brandy.

• EAU DE VIE

Uva Viva Italiana di Poli Brandy A clear grape brandy, made from 60% Malvasia of Candia and 40% White Muscat. Pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears and orange blossom. On the palate, it is delicate, fresh and flavorful. Poli, Jacopo Poli L’Arzente A fine 10 year-old, single vintage brandy distilled from wine made from Trebbiano di Soave aged in barrique. This cognac style brandy displays aromas of herbal tea, dried fruits, nuts and toasted oak. On the palate the brandy combines the fine, delicate aromas of Trebbiano and complex toasty notes from oak maturation. Overall, it is smooth, mouth filling and elegant. Poli, Jacopo Poli Moscato A clear brandy with pronounced aromas of rose, magnolias, orange blossom and sage.

GRAPPA VODKA • GIN •

On the palate it is well-rounded and mouth filling with a light touch of orange citrus fruit in the finish.
