French 75 – A classic cocktail originally made as a Collins with cognac – now most commonly served up in a flute, with gin. Try this “Pear 75” as a fun fruity twist on the original with Clear Creek Pear Brandy.

Pear 75 1.5 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy .75 oz Lemon juice .5 oz Simple syrup Top with Sparkling Wine

Shake and fine strain into a coupe or champagne flute. Top with dry sparkling wine (such as Juve y Camps Cava). Garnish with lemon twist.
