Siembra Valles, Reposado Tequila On the palate, the juice has a natural sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits and cacao, coffee, tobacco, and vanilla from the barrel, and minerals and roasted notes of the agave. The finish has a pleasant bitterness signifying the maturation of the juice in the Missouri Ozark barrels. Siembra Valles, Ancestral Ancestral is likely how Tequila was originally made, with wild fermentation in a wooden still. It glazes the mouth with a soothing silky feel. Herbaceous tones and sweet, cooked agave dominate the forefront as undertones of pine, bitterness, and smokiness linger.
