Siembra Spirits works with small family operations in various regions of Mexico, showcasing different distilleries and terroirs that produce unique distillates with unique stories. All are 100% agave. Their portfolio features Siembra Azul, a highland tequila; Siembra Valles from the lowlands of Jalisco; and Siembra Metl, a select introduction to the vast landscape of mezcal and agave distillates. Siembra Azul, Blanco Tequila Siembra Azul is made from the finest Blue Weber agave, grown and produced in the town of Arandas, in the highlands of Jalisco. This agave is grown without the use of pesticides in small orchards that are owned and operated by the Vivanco family. Siembra Azul, Suro Extra Añejo  This is Azul blanco that has been aged up to 7 years in American oak, never used for the production of Whiskey.  Siembra Azul, Reposado Special Edition They have accumulated a stunning variety of rested and aged tequilas. Their stocks of proprietary oak barrels present the opportunity to prepare a superior blend for their loyal customers in an affordable manner. The Rosales family has developed a slow distillation process that yields a tequila of higher alcohol content. The original Siembra Valles Blanco is bottled at 80 proof; Siembra Valles High Proof is bottled at 92 proof after resting for at least one year in glass demijohns.
