As a Vermouth di Torino Superiore, the appellation regulations stipulate the use of at least 50% Piedmontese wines in the base wine and flavoring with herbs grown or harvested in the region. Their inaugural limited-edition Vermouth is made from Ravera Barolo and Arneis. Elena Penna Vermouth di Torino 36PF / 1.0L Following a traditional recipe from their families’ histories, Elena and Luca crafted the Elena Vermouth di Torino from Nebbiolo and a slow infusion of 30 herbs and botanicals from the Piedmont region.
