TCRL serves as an excellent education resource to understand the global diversity of rum profiles for both experienced rum lovers and those just embarking on their journey. Transcontinental Panama Rum 2011 86PF / 750ML Made from fermented molasses distilled in column stills, this Panama 2011 displays vanilla, pastry, exotic wood and dried fruit flavors. This rum has matured close to the Panama Canal in Bourbon barrels during 6 years in tropical conditions and then 1 year in Europe. Transcontinental Rum High Seas 90PF / 750ML This flavorful blend, made with classic rum cocktails in mind, is composed of a tropically aged rum from Panama, an unaged high ester rum from Jamaica, and an unaged grand arôme rhum (molasses based) from Martinique. The Panama rum acts as a kind of dry and slightly spicy canvas upon which the fruity notes of the Jamaican rum and the complex savory elements inherent in the Grand Arôme weave in and out of each other. Ideal in cocktails like a daiquiri or a simple rum and coke. Transcontinental Rum Jamaica 106PF / 750ML The result of fermented molasses and pot still distillation, this Jamaican rum was produced in 2016 in the marvellous Lluidas Vale. After being matured for 4 years on the island, it was aged for 1 more year in the mild European climate. Bottled at Navy Strength (57,18% ABV), this expression will provide you with an elegant version of Jamaican funk. Transcontinental Rum Line Australia 96PF / 750ML Coming to us from the southern hemisphere, this rum proudly represents its Oceanic origins. This rum was distilled in 2014 in Queensland, Australia from fermented molasses. Pot still distillation enhances the terroir of the estate grown sugar cane. After aging in ex-bourbon barrels for five full years in Australia, it was sent to Europe for additional aging in an ex-cognac foudre in France. Transcontinental Rum Line Barbados 2011 129.6PF / 700ML This beautiful expression of Barbados rum was aged in ex bourbon casks in the tropical climate of the distillery for five years, before crossing the Atlantic for an additional year of aging. It is a blend of pot still and Coffey column still rums, perfectly balanced between structure, lightness, and depth. Transcontinental Rum Line Panama Rum 86PF / 750ML Produced from fermented molasses and distilled in column stills, this Panamanian rum is the perfect example of the regional style. This rum was aged in tropical conditions near the Panama Canal for six years, then moved to Europe and bottled in France.

Five Origin Select showcases the best of the Caribbean in one bottle It’s sourced from five Caribbean countries and features rums from Trinidad, Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and an 11- to 15-year-old Guyanese rum distilled on the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still that was built in 1732, the only one of its kind still in operation. Five Origin Select offers notes of crème Brulé, vanilla, cocoa, baking spices and orange zest with a somewhat dry finish. It’s certainly a good sipper, and new notes open up on each sip.
