Misguided Caribbean Queens Red Sky Silver Rum 80PF / 750ML / 1.0L Red Sky Rum is blended using the finest Rums in Venezuela, from the Tiuna, Yaracuy, and CIFE distilleries. Expertly blended to achieve optimal balance of flavor, depth, and smoothness. Our Silver Rum is this blend in its purest from. We bring both rums to proof with soft water and Caribbean Sea Salt to enhance their rich and bold flavors. PAPALIN HAITI, JAMAICA The Velier name continues to be aligned with some of the most interesting projects within the world of rum, as the rum “dependent bottler”, phrasing that alludes to their influence in curating some of the rarest selections in the world. The Papalin Jamaica features the blending of entirely pot distilled rums from the distilleries Worthy Park and Hampden Estate. Papalin Haiti 4Yr Rum 106.2PF / 750ML Papalin is a project dedicated to blends conceived by Luca Gargano, with the aim of bringing together rums from Caribbean islands that have been entirely produced and aged at distilleries. After the release dedicated to Jamaica, the spotlight shifts to Haiti, with a rum produced from a blend from 5 different distilleries: Sajous, Vaval, Casimir, Distillerie de Port-au-Prince and Le Rocher, for a total of 32 selected casks, all entirely aged in a tropical climate. The casks are ex-cognac, ex-bourbon, ex-carbon and ex-whisky. Papalin Jamaica 7Yr Rum 94PF / 750ML A first of its kind bottling created by combining two rare old rums from two iconic Jamaican addresses. Pot distilled rums from Hampden and Worthy Park distilleries were each aged a minimum of 7yrs at their respective sites prior to being blended together to create this limited time offering. This is in some ways an even more profound expression of quintessential Jamaican rum than if the rum had come from only one distillery. Red Sky Dark Rum 80PF / 750ML / 1.0L

Luis’ family has been making aguardiente for at least 3 generations, with his father and grandfather teaching him the trade at a very young age. For the past 35 years, he has been producing this rich, fragrant spirit as one of many means to provide for his family and we are honored to be working with him. Paranubes Rum is made by wild fermenting the fresh pressed juice of sugarcane grown without pesticide or fertilizer in the rich soil of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera’s farm. Distilled to proof with no additives, this rum - or aguardiente de caña as it’s known regionally, is exactly what you would find lost in the cloud forest of the Sierra Mazateca mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. Paranubes Oaxacan Rum de Cana Añejo 106PF / 750ML Soft oaky aromas meld with the lively character of the earth driven notes in this subtle spirit. There are complex tones ranging from pungent green olive brine to wild herbs, pimento and dried figs. This is a true expression. Paranubes Oaxacan Rum de Cana Morada 109PF / 750ML An undisturbed Agricole style rum that might shift the way you understand this category all together. If it can happen to us it can happen to you. Overproof at 54.4° this jewel form Oaxaca Mexico is made with only 1 type of sugar cane varietal: Caña Morada. Zero water is added to proof this spirit, José Luis Carrera knows what he is doing, he is a 3rd generation producer in the Sierra Mazateca.

¡AY CAÑITA! INGREDIENTS 1.5 oz Paranubes Rum .5 oz Mezcal .5 oz Fernet .5 oz simple syrup 1 dash Angostura bitters DIRECTIONS
