Monks Road Barrel Finished Gin 93PF / 750ML Utilizing our bourbon barrels, we handcrafted this barrel finished gin in homage to the rolling Kentucky hills we call home, allowing fresh botanicals coriander, cranberry, juniper, and nutmeg to develop and mature into the perfect flavor profile. Smooth and complex with a subtle hint of smoke, Monk’s Road Barrel Finished Gin reflects the pride of the place and tradition that the Log Still family is known for. LAVENDER BREEZE INGREDIENTS 2 oz Monks Road Barrel Finished Gin 1 oz Blueberry Puree 1 oz Lemon Juice 1/4 oz Lavendar syrup Top with Club soda DIRECTIONS In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine gin, blueberry puree and lemon juice. Shake and strain into a collins glass. Top with chilled club soda and garnish with a lavendar sprig or lemon wheel.
