SIEMBRA AZUL ARANDAS, JALISCO, NOM 1414 Siembra Azul is the passion project of famed agave activist David Suro-Pinera, dedicated to spreading knowledge and respect for Mexico’s emblematic spirits. Los Altos de Jalisco or simply, “the highlands”, is a sub-region within the Tequila Denomination of Origin. Siembra Azul, produced by Vivancos y Asociados (NOM 1414), is emblematic of the highland terroir. Siembra Azul Blanco 80PF / 750ML Made from the finest Blue Weber agave, from Arandas, Jalisco. Grown without the use of pesticides in small orchards owned and operated by the Vivanco family. SIETE LEGUAS JALISCO, NOM 1120 One of the oldest distilleries in Mexico, Casa Siete Leguas has more than fifty years of experience in the making of tequila by means of a traditional process delivering full-bodied, high quality spirits of refined flavor. Tequila Siete Leguas is steeped in heritage and tradition, Siete Leguas distillery was responsible for producing the “original” Patron Tequila brand, and brand rights were sold to St. Maarten Spirits in 1989. As the brand grew, Tequila Siete Leguas was no longer able to keep up with production, and Patron built a new distillery and moved all production in 2002. Siete Leguas tequila is distilled at two of the brand’s own distilleries, Fábricas El Centenario and La Vencedora. The former employs more traditional methods including the use of two mules to pull the tahona and wild yeast in fermentation while the latter uses a molina (a modern mill) to crush the agaves and their own yeast strain. Both are distilled in copper pot stills and the two are blended. Siete Leguas Reposado 80PF / 700ML / 1.0L Aged in American oak for 8 months. Its extraordinary elaboration highlights the qualities of the Blue Agave and the fine aging woods; that through

SIEMBRA VALLES MEXICO, JALISCO Siembra Valles Tequila is produced in the volcanic, mineral rich Tequila valley. “Valles” refers to one of two main regions in the Tequila Denomination of Origin. Siembra Valles is a celebration of the lowland terroir of Tequila. Siembra Valles Ancestral 100PF / 750ML Ancestral is the only tequila in several hundred years to be hand macerated. This most special production is made with the most ancient, painstaking methods common to early distillers, and is more akin to traditional mezcal than present-day tequila.
