BROVO USA, WASHINGTON BroVo is a collaborative, experimental distillery. We believe in the ingenuity of bartenders, they tell us their needs, they author our recipes, they use our spirits. This is one of our quality base spirits, with volume in mind. BroVo Gin 80PF / 1.0L Juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, licorice root, rose buds, cardamom. BULRUSH USA, CALIFORNIA LOCAL Bulrush Gin’s distillation process macerates and vapor infuses 10 different herbs and botanicals, allowing for a wide variety of both delicate and hearty flavors.
BRISTOW USA, MISSISSIPPI In exchange for his granddaughter’s hand in marriage, a young bloke presented his Judge grandfather-in-law, with a bottle of gin he triple distilled with a curious blend of spices.Tickled by the gin the judge allowed the marriage, provided his new grandson present regular allocations of the toothsome spirit. With that encouraging nod, Bristow Gin was born and went on to live happily ever after. Produced using a Cathead vodka base, 10 different botanicals are macerated for two weeks to reach a consistent flavor profile. After a second distillation the proof is slowly lowered to 94, and the gin is rested in stainless steel for 3 weeks prior to bottling to let the flavors mend. The sweet aroma offers candied lemon peel and coriander seed, followed aromas of juniper, anise, and pine. 93pts Beverage Testing Institute Bristow Reserve Barrel Aged Gin 113PF / 750ML Bristow Reserve spends 1 year in new 53-gallon American oak barrels, char 3. Reminiscent of gingerbread, this honey-hued gin has a sweet scent and bold palate that shows vanilla bean, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and a hint of molasses, finishing with a sarsaparilla-like roots-and-bark finish. Even at 113 proof this gin is very approachable and keeps the character of its Bristow Gin base. 93pts Wine Enthusiast Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve Gin, Aged 1Yr 113PF / 750ML Aged in brand new American oak barrels for more than one year, Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve is smoother on the palate than its high alcohol strength might suggest, with lots of gin and botanical character still present. The subtle oak notes allow it to shine as the primary ingredient in some cocktail applications. Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve Gin, Aged 4Yr 113PF / 750ML During its four-year aging process in new American Oak, the maturation and flavor profile evolve in an interesting way, resulting in a complex and perhaps harder to distinguish palate than its younger counterpart, with remanent nostalgia from Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve, 1 Yr. It takes a turn into a foreign gin with dark undertones of whiskey-based flavor profiles of caramels and vanillas. Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve Gin, Aged 7Yr 113PF / 750ML Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve, 7 Year is the beautiful result of testing boundaries. On that palate, this gin presents more familiar notes from a whiskey than a gin, with subtle hints of juniper that pop through. Heavy oak on the nose and approach, rounds out through the mid palate with flavors of matured oak and whiskey, caramels, vanillas, and pops of herbal notes. Similar to its four-year-old counterpart, Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve, 7 Year has been scaled down to 113 proof, the determined perfect bottle proof for this line of barrel-aged gins. The nuances of this extended age statement are best enjoyed neat or with a single cube. Bristow Gin 94PF / 700ML
Bulrush Gin 88PF / 750ML

Gold World Gin Awards 2020, ‘21, ‘22 ELENA PENNA ITALY, PIEDMONT Elena Penna, a native of these hills and one of the principals of Castiglione Falletto’s iconic Vietti winery, loves making wine, that the tradition Gin making in Piemonte was also a passion of hers. It wasn’t really a surprise, therefore, when she decided to turn her talent and energy to making some. Elena Gin 84PF / 700ML
Elena Gin, a small batch (2,640 bottles), artisanal gin made in the Classic London Dry Gin style but with, Elena says,
Langa flair. Juniper picked in the Alps, of course, leads the way, with a light touch of citrus and a pretty finish of herbs and roots. The small batches are produced using 18thcentury wood-fired pot stills that were refurbished solely to produce this product.
