INDRI DISTILLERY INDIA The seed for the nectar of the gods was sown in the barren desert. Many millennia have passed since barley has bloomed in the inhospitable climate of Rajasthan. For our uncompromising quest to create the finest spirits, we use the traditional Indian six row barley, which is cultivated using old indigenous practices that rely on organic and sustainable methods. The yield may be smaller, but it lends a fruity and floral distinctive taste to the spirits. Indri Single Malt Indian Whisky ‘Trini” 92PF / 750ML The magic of the marriage of three different wood casks come to its splendor when our malts are matured in ex-bourbon, ex-French wine and ex-sherry casks. It embellishes our malt with the finest shade of Amber, whiff of caramelized pineapple, vanilla, hints of black tea, raisins & citrus and subtle nuttiness. Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Peated Chinkapin Single Cask 19/56 124.2PF / 700ML The fresh charring of the cask brings a rich color and flavor early on in the maturation process, and the high toast caramelizes the natural sugars in the wood. Expect sweet toffee and butterscotch on the nose, with vibrant dark fruit flavors and deep, rich colors at a young age. Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Peated Ex-Bordeaux Single Cask 18/664 122.4PF / 700ML Stained red on the outside, these high-quality ex-Bordeaux red wine casks are delivered fresh to the island from a château in Southwest France. In the first few months of maturation, our spirit develops a pink hue in these casks (which turns into a deeper, darker red). Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt Scotch Whisky 92.8PF / 700ML Our flagship Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky, 46.4% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered. Lightly peated with rich dark fruit flavours. We set out to emulate some older styles of Hebridean single malt whiskies, with subtle, fragrant smokiness balanced with dark fruit flavours.
