GLENALLACHIE SCOTLAND In 2017,Billy Walker,Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson purchased the GlenAllachie Distillery. With over 100 years’ experience between them, many would have expected our three veterans to retire. They’re just getting started… Before acquiring GlenAllachie, the spirit was predominantly used in blended whiskies. So, it’s no surprise that you probably haven’t heard of them. GlenAllachie Speyside Scotch 8 Year 92PF / 700ML Heather honey, butterscotch, and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha. Lashings of treacle, dried sultanas, and butterscotch with cinnamon, peppermint, and honeycomb. GlenAllachie 12 Year Single Malt Scotch 92PF / 700ML Honey, marzipan, and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha. Gold Medal SF World Spirits Competition 2017 GlenAllachie 15 Year Single Malt Scotch 92PF / 750ML The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate. GRAND MACNISH SCOTLAND Grand Macnish Original, in continuous production since its birth in 1863, is one of the oldest blended scotches still in the market today. It was the brainchild of Glasgow merchant, Robert McNish, who had a vision to create a lighter, smoother scotch whisky compared to the harsher whiskies of the day. Grand Macnish Original Blended Scotch 80PF / 000ML Young, feral and lively combing lavender and heather. A palate of vanilla fudge, floral and fresh summer fruits. The finish is excitingly rich with a lingering mellowness.

TRADITIONALLY UNTRADITIONAL. This Single Grain Scotch Whisky is a celebration of this field to bottle tradition - reviving a genuinely authentic way of distilling and producing a spirit with a sense of place and a taste of the land and sea that surrounds us.

FILEY BAY ENGLAND Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in, and of, Yorkshire. Why ‘of Yorkshire’? Because it’s created by us from field to bottle, here on the coast. Masters 2021, Gold 2021 The World Whisky Masters Filey Bay Flagship Yorkshire Single Malt 92PF / 750ML Light, fruity, and creamy, our Flagship single malt is made from field to bottle with 100% homegrown barley and is the culmination of our ex-Bourbon matured style (following on from the ‘First’ and ‘Second’ Releases). Our ethos is all about respecting tradition but doing things our own way – the style, taste and creation of Flagship truly brings this to life. Filey Bay Straight Finish Yorkshire Single Malt 96PF / 750ML As with the original batch, a primary maturation in ex-bourbon casks has softened the whisky and allowed our signature flavour profile to develop while a secondary maturation, the finish, in Shaved Toasted and Re-charred ex-red wine casks has brought a wonderful deep colour and delicious red fruit flavours to the whisky. Filey Bay Peated Yorkshire Single Malt 96PF / 700ML This single malt brings the west coast of Scotland here to the east coast of Yorkshire. Coastal and caramel notes, really complementing the creamy elements of our spirit style.
