Cimarrón Blanco is a highland pure-agave tequila distilled for a dry profile to allow greater control of cocktail sweetness. This is 100% non-diffused, zero additive tequila made from all fully mature agave. Perfect for cocktails, but delicious on its own.

From Michoacán’s rugged, mineral-rich CALICHE soil (5,019’ elevation), this Cosecha bottling uses over-ripe Highland Blue Weber agave. Its heightened minerality beautifully accents pure agave, sweet cooked yams, and warm baking spices. Fuenteseca Reserva Añejo 5 YR 82.6PF / 750ML Fuenteseca Reserva Extra Añejo Tequila 2015 Harvest (Cosecha 2015) is an exceptional and rare tequila that has been aged for five years, resulting in a smooth, complex, and rich flavor profile. This tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and harvested in 2015. Fuenteseca Reserva Añejo 7YO 84PF / 750ML Enrique Fonseca distilled this expression in early Spring 2010 using a blend of double-copper column and alembic stills. Half was then aged in American white oak (ex-California red Distilled by Enrique Fonseca (late Spring 2008), this spirit combines double-copper column and alembic distillates. It aged eight years in a damp, cool cellar (old cistern) to reduce wood interaction: one-quarter in American white oak (ex-red wine), three-quarters in used dark French oak. Fuenteseca Reserve Añejo 11YO 83.4PF / 750ML Distilled late winter 2006, this 11-year-aged spirit blends double-copper column and alembic distillates. It matured in American white oak (ex-red wine) and dark French oak, aged in wine), and the remaining half was barreled. Fuenteseca Reserva Añejo 8YO 86PF / 750ML This spirit, distilled from Spring 1998 Atotonilco highland agave, aged 15 years in a dry, earthen-floor room. It gained a faint sweetness, mostly from American white oak (ex-Bourbon/wine), with a touch of French oak. Fuenteseca Reserva Añejo 18YO 88PF / 750ML Distilled September 1995 (blending double-column and alembic stills), this tequila aged six years in Canadian white oak rye whiskey casks. It then matured for twelve more years in a cooler climate, re-barreled into either Canadian rye or European dark oak red wine barrels. Fuenteseca Reserva Añejo 21YO 88.6PF / 750ML Distilled in copper double-column stills from 1984 agave plantings, this lot was barreled in early 1994. It aged 10 years in Atotonilco el Alto, then 11 more in a cooler highland climate.
