Rough Rider Bull Moose Three Barrel Rye 90PF / 750ML Hand-crafted and aged in three types of casks to add complexity and richness. The journey begins in New American Oak casks where the Rye Whisky takes on spicy, sweet cinnamon flavors. Then, the whisky is moved to casks that had just held straight bourbon, where the rye and bourbon flavors get to know each other better. The final maturation takes place in the barrels previously used to age the Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky. “Look for a vanilla and oak scent, plus a touch of apple. On the palate, a concentrated vanilla flavor tinged with espresso and cocoa, finishing on mouthwatering fruit and spice” 96pts Extraordinary, Ultimate Spirits Challenge ‘18 Rough Rider Double-Casked Straight Bourbon 90PF / 750ML Rough Rider Double-Casked Straight Bourbon Whiskey is carefully handcrafted and aged in new American oak casks for a minimum of two years, then extra matured in wine casks formerly housing Merlot and Chardonnay from renowned Long Island wine estates. The casks are first rinsed with high proof aged Brandy allowing the Bourbon to take on a new character which adds depth and complexity with a hint of fruit such as blackberry and currant. Floral to the nose with an incredibly smooth and well-rounded sweet flavor. Rough Rider Happy Warrior Cask Strength Bourbon 114PF / 750ML Rough Rider Happy Warrior fills fewer than a couple of hundred cases per batch. This straight bourbon whisky is aged for a minimum of four years prior to maturation in French Oak casks (Merlot & Chardonnay) that have been rinsed with high proof brandy. When ideal flavor and balance are achieved, Happy Warrior is hand-bottled straight from cask at 114 proof. Incredibly smooth and well-rounded. A micro–Batch Blend of 8 Special Select Casks, this remarkable Rye reveals its true raw spirit with hints of spice coupled with a touch of malty sweetness, and a long warm smooth finish. Uncut, this dark amber whiskey has a rich caramel aroma and a wood-heavy palate that finishes long, spicy and hot. Balanced with plenty of dilution, mellow vanilla, almond and coconut tones emerge.

Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky 94PF / 375ML Pine Barrens uses a finished 10% ABV barley wine English styled Ale Beer that has a high hop count of 70 IBU’s. The Ale is traditionally brewed, double pot distilled and aged in petite new American Oak casks. The result is spicy, rich velvet smooth maltiness, sweet hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, and caramel qualities on the finish. Pine Barrens Cherry Smoked Malt Whisky 96PF / 375ML In our Cherrywood, the malted barley is smoked over a cherrywood fire to add an additional layer of flavor prior to fermentation.
