Paranubes Rum is produced by 4th generation aguardiente distiller Jose Luis Carrera. A true terroir driven spirit which speaks of the soil, climate, and hand of the maker. Paranubes Rum Oaxaca 108PF / 1.0L Fermented and distilled from four varieties of organically grown sugarcane, fermented naturally outdoors in open vats, and distilled in small copper pot stills. This savory rum has a fruity, grassy character and a vibrant sugarcane aroma that bursts out of the bottle. Incredibly versatile. Paranubes Rum Oaxaca Añejo 106PF / 750ML Classic Paranubes flavor with an added layer of complexity that really broadens the sipping experience. The nose is buttery and quite vegetal with beets and stewed tomatoes. On the palate, agave and cane flavors become a little more identifiable with a rich wave of black peppercorn and clove underneath. The finish starts with dried berry on vegetal notes and caramel before giving way to long-lasting peppercorn and clove. PANAMA PACIFIC PANAMA Exposición Panamá-Pacific Rum is a Spanish-style molasses-derived rum made at the Ingenio San Carlos distillery in Panama. Production begins deep in the country’s interior, in the Provencia de Herrera region, where we harvest our sugarcane. Once harvested, we extract the succulent juices within a short twelve-hour window to retain their bright, fresh sweetness. begins with freshly distilled sugarcane being laid into used American Oak bourbon whiskey casks for 3 years initially, before a 6-year finishing, in used Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey Our Blanco 3 Year rum displays subtle tropical aromas of gardenia and jasmine balanced with a vegetal tang of fresh green sugarcane. Flavors of banana pudding with vanilla wafer cookies, jungle-fresh papaya, and shortbread are balanced by a gentle acidity. The dry finish carries notes of white pepper, cinnamon, and pistachio. Panama Pacific 5YO Rum 80PF / 750ML The nose on the 5 Year displays prominent honeysuckle blooms mixed with soft vanilla and dark caramel. The aromas carry through to a palate of sweet-tart, caramel, Granny Smith apple that develops into Asian pear and Honeydew melon. The finish is soft and long, with lingering cedar notes. Panama Pacific 9YO Rum 94 80PF / 750ML Aromas of warm butter, flan caramel custard, and golden raisin float over a bed of spiced dried cherry and apricot. A casks that have been toasted, not charred. sweet caramel palate quickly gives way to charred wet wood, with golden raisin close behind, before subtle coconut husk and banana notes lead to a nice, long, buttery wood finish.

For the 15 Year expression, freshly distilled sugarcane is laid into used American Oak bourbon whiskey casks for 3 years before a 12-year finishing in used Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey casks that have been toasted, not charred. Panama Pacific 23YO Rum 84.6PF / 750ML This rum opens with aromas of vanilla, tannins, and sugar toasted in Irish butter that meld with coconut, banana, and cherry-almond pastry. The palate presents a delicate caramel butter, before a bright warmth leading to rich wood, a little more cherry almond, then crushed cacao nibs. Delicious dessert notes fade into wood in the finish.
