LIQUEURS

ARGIOLAS ITALY, SARDINIA The Argiolas family has worked diligently to become the leader in Sardinian enology and insists on using native Sardinian vines. Argiolas Tremontis Limone 60PF / 700ML Limone is made from a selection of natural infusions and essences, extracted from the peel of ripe, pleasantly aromatic lemons, blended with the semi-processed liqueur and with the addition of sugar syrup. Brilliant lemon yellow in color with a strong fragrance of fresh lemon fruit. On the palate it is sweet and pleasant. Argiolas Tremontis Mirto 60PF / 700ML

CLEAR CREEK DISTILLERY USA, OREGON Clear Creek Distillery was founded in 1985 with a vision to use the bountiful fruits of the Pacific Northwest to create fruit-based spirits that rivaled the best of their European counterparts. Using old-world techniques and sourcing ingredients from the local orchards and freshwater springs of Mount Hood in the Oregon countryside, Clear Creek became one of the first craft distilleries in the United States. Clear Creek Cassis Liqueur 38PF / 375ML All natural, from a single grove of organic black currants. A tart, lightly sweet, slightly earthy liqueur with huge fruit flavor. Lovely in the classic Kir and Kir Royale (cassis in white wine or champagne, respectively) or sipped on its own. Clear Creek Cherry Liqueur 38PF / 375ML With a base of the Kirschwasser and a full fruit maceration of ripe cherries, you have a tart, earthy cherry liqueur like none other. No sugar added. Clear Creek Oregon Cranberry Liqueur 38PF / 375ML All natural. A savvy grower from Bandon persuaded them to create a liqueur with this beautiful fruit and they are very pleased with the results. This liqueur is entirely true to the fruit: dark red, tart, lightly sweet, and very fruity. Clear Creek Loganberry Liqueur 38PF / 375ML All natural. Loganberry Liqueur is made by macerating Oregon grown loganberries in clear fruit brandy that they distill. The flavor is lightly sweetened ripe berry, and it finishes with a satisfying natural tartness of the berry. Terrific over vanilla ice This late summer fruit is sweet and tart, bursting with flavor, and a no-brainer for an Oregon liqueur. Clear Creek uses the premium, exclusively Oregon-grown Marion Blackberry – for a rich, earthy, ripe berry liqueur. Clear Creek Pear Liqueur 46PF / 375ML Because the pear is a relatively simple sweet fruit, without the tartness of a berry, the Pear Liqueur is the trickiest liqueur to make. The base distillate is their pear eau de vie. The taste is surprisingly complex, smooth, slightly floral, with a little bit of acidity, and a pear finish that lingers long after you set down the glass. Clear Creek Raspberry Liqueur 41.2PF / 375ML All natural. For the Raspberry Liqueur, they have managed to follow up the intense nose with a lovely, strong, fresh red raspberry flavor that you’d expect from the aroma. The base distillate is their beautiful Framboise. Hard Root Beer Schnapps 42PF / 750ML Fairly wintergreen forward root beer flavor. cream, in champagne, or neat in a glass. Clear Creek Marionberry Liqueur 36PF / 375ML

A unique Sardinian liqueur made from the berries of the Mirto (Myrtle) plant. Violet red in color with herbal aromas, it is bittersweet on the palate and backed by flavors of mint, eucalyptus, juniper and spices. Sardinians traditionally drink Mirto at the end of a meal, and it is a unique ingredient in creative mixology. 90-95pts Wine Enthusiast

BOOMSMA HOLLAND, FRIESLAND An independent fifth generations family-owned business, ensuring old traditions are cherished and new ambitions fulfilled. Boomsma Claerkampster Cloosterbitter Liqueur 80PF / 750ML Cloosterbitter is based on a 15th century recipe, made with a blend of 17 herbs and plants found in the Frisian meadows during the month of May. “Tangy and sweet in the mouth, the ethereal softness complements the gentle herbal flavor that elaborates each sip before finishing with a touch of bitterness.” 91pts Excellent Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2016 Boomsma Frisian Beerenburger Herbal Bitter 60PF / 750ML An 11-herb tincture similar to Cloosterbitter but the botanicals are different.
