Sheringham Beacon Gin 86PF / 750ML “Beacon” embodies a sense of place, signifying two monumental sites on Vancouver Island where Sheringham Distillery originated— the iconic Sheringham Point Lighthouse beacon located by our first distillery and the beloved springtime cherry blossom-lined Beacon Hill Park. Brilliant floral and fruitiness of the cherry blossoms deliver polished and rounded edges with soft citrus notes of yuzu and grapefruit, and local green tea leaves and flowers give a delicate herbaceous note through to the finish. Inspired by the Vancouver Island coast, with its clean surf and appealing fragrance of wild roses, evergreen forests, and ocean air, our flagship spirit has a deliciously complex yet impeccably balanced botanical profile. Made from botanicals such as juniper, rose, lavender, citrus, coriander, cardamom, and—most notably—local, sustainably harvested winged kelp, which gives it a subtle taste of the ocean Double Gold PR%F Awards ‘25 SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY UNITED STATES Spirit Works makes everything in-house from milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling all the way through to bottling and shipping. While most Vodkas and Gins these days are made from re-distilled Neutral Grain Spirit (NGS), Spirit Works mills and distills organic California-grown Hard Red Winter Wheat as the start to most of their spirits. Their Whiskeys are also aged in full size, 53-gallon new oak barrels for a minimum of two years. Their passion for locally grown grains and spirit-making without shortcuts shows in every drop of spirit they produce. Distillery of the Year American Distilling Institute 2020 Spirit Works Gin 86PF / 750ML This gin maintains the distinct characteristics of the grain, creating a round and slightly sweet base spirit. It is classically distilled with juniper berries, to which they add both traditional old-world and fresh California botanicals. There are earthy notes from orris and angelica root, spicy notes of cardamom and coriander, bright citrus notes from hand-zested orange and lemon, as well as floral hibiscus. Spirit Works Barrel Gin 86PF / 750ML After resting for several months in new American White Oak barrels, the result is a toasty aged spirit with a round, slightly sweet mouthfeel and subtle spice. The time in the barrel has contributed all of the beautiful qualities you might expect to find in a barrel aged product, from the beautiful amber color to the Gold World Gin Awards ‘21 Sheringham Seaside Gin 86PF / 750ML
