OLD DELICIOUS USA, OREGON Old Delicious Double Barrel Apple Brandy 750ml / 85PF A revival of an old Hood River Distillers small batch recipe, Old Delicious Double Bourbon Barreled Apple Brandy begins as Pacific Northwest apples, which are crushed, fermented and distilled according to Old World methods at Clear Creek Distillery. The Apple Brandy is then twice rested in first fill Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels. POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY, BASSANO Jacopo Poli is known to be one of the top distillers in the world, it just so happens that the spirits he makes most is grappa. They sit at the foot of the Dolemite mountains, and just over those hills sits the areas of Germany and Alsace most known for making fruit eau de vies. These fruit brandies are a true expression of his distilling genius. Poli Distillerie Ciliegie Cherry Brandy 750ml / 80PF Raw material: white Durona cherries of Marostica (Veneto). Distillation: artisanal, in small lots, with a discontinuous bain-marie vacuum still. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Arzente Brandy 375ml / 1750ml / 80PF A fine 10-year old, single-vintage brandy distilled from wine made from Trebbiano di Soave, which is low in alcohol, tannins and high acidity, ideal for production of a wine brandy. The brandy combines the delicate aromas of Trebbiano and complex toasty notes from oak maturation; smooth, mouth filling and elegant. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Moscato Brandy 375ml / 1750ml / 80PF Single-vintage brandy from Moscato Bianco grapes from the Euganei hills. Aged for six months in stainless steel. Clear with pronounced aromas of rose, magnolias and sage. Well-rounded with a light touch of orange citrus on the finish. Poli Distillerie Pere Pear Brandy 750ml / 80PF A clear brandy made from Williams pears from South Tyrol in Trentino-Alto Adige region. Pere di Poli has pronounced aromas of ripe pears and white blossom, soft on the palate with flavors that persist long into the finish. Poli Distillerie Uvaviva Italiana Grape Brandy 750ml / 80PF Aromatic Malvasia and White Muscat grape. Clear brandy with pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears and orange blossom. Delicate, fresh and flavorful, with notes that persist long into the finish.

A true spirits nerd bottle, Cobrafire is distilled in the Armagnac region of France from the Folle Blanche and Baco grape varietals and bottled at full strength. We felt this distillate expressed itself more like a “grape eau-de-vie” than an “unaged Armagnac” (which it technically is), hence we shunned the “Blanche d’Armagnac” appellation and had it bottled as an “eau-de-vie de raisin.”

L AURENT CAZOTTES FRANCE Laurent Cazottes Reine Claude Plum Eau de Vie 375ml / 90PF This beautiful greengage plum (Reine-Claude in French) brandy comes from a small .7 hectare grove of ancient trees, and Laurent hand peels and de-seeds the fruit before fermenting and distilling. I’ve never had the pleasure of tasting greengage plums, this old heirloom variety is nearly extinct in the US, but this exceptionally crafted distillate more than makes up for it. A wonderful way to finish a meal, and a real treat! LIMITED AVAILABILITY Laurent Cazottes Tomato Brandy 375ml / 36PF Making its debut in the USA is this brand-new, rare, organic tomato liqueur. There are currently more than 2,500 varieties of the fruit in the world, Laurent Cazottes started collecting heirloom species and planting them on his farm. He currently has 72 varieties planted and uses all of them for this one-of-a-kind liqueur! After the fruit is fully ripe, he picks them all by hand, de-stems them by hand, quarters them and removes the seeds by hand and then macerates the fruit in freshly distilled organic Folle Noire eau de vie for 10 months. Next, this pomace is pressed and re-distilled. The tomato distillate is then added back to the original Folle Noire/tomato infusion and left to marry to create the final liqueur! Notes include leafy greens, super fresh tomatoes, garden scents, cantaloupe, sultanas, mulberries, fresh dates, grass, and more. LIMITED AVAILABILITY
