JADE FRANCE, LOIRE After launching Lucid Absinthe, world-renowned research scientist and absinthe distiller, T.A. Breaux launched his own line of super premium absinthe - Jade Liqueurs. Our products are handcrafted in France, prepared from the finest select botanicals from their native regions, using original antique alembic stills, and always employing the strictest adherence to artisanal crafting methods and tradition. We make NO compromises to old world craftsmanship, and we are very proud of the results. Berger (Verte Suisse 1898) Absinthe Supérieure 130PF / 750ML Pale yellow/green. Fragrant nose with floral notes to start which are soon overtaken by full power of wormwood, fennel, anise and hyssop. The addition of the cold water brought a slow and steady forming, but complete louche and released another wave of aromatics like the first but in even greater volume. 93pts The Tasting Panel Esprit Edouard Absinthe Supérieure 144PF / 750ML Esprit Edouard® is a fabulously faithful reproduction of the famous pre-ban 72° absinthe that was highly regarded during the Belle Époque. Esprit Edouard® is absolutely correct to the original, from its delicate tint to its refined texture and delightfully aromatic finish. Bold vintage flavor profile of Swiss Absinthe, Andalusian Anise, Fennel of Gard, and powerfully distinct herbaceous coloration notes that deliver a long, clean finish. 95pts The Tasting Panel Jade 1901 Absinthe Supérieure Absinthe 136PF / 750ML Jade 1901® Absinthe Supérieure represents the second release from Jade Liqueurs® that was carefully reverse engineered from sealed antique bottles of one notable brand of the original spirit, several intact examples of which remain in the Jade Liqueurs® archive. Jade 1901® Absinthe Supérieure is a classic vintage-style absinthe, balanced and crisp, with a stimulating herbal aroma and a smooth, lingering aftertaste that recalls the splendor of the Parisian cafés during the Belle Époque. 93pts Wine Enthusiast Nouvelle-Orléans Absinthe Supérieure 136PF / 750ML This exquisite absinthe represents the inspired work of native New Orleanian T. Currently produced by Yves Kübler, the fourth-generation master distiller – in accordance with original award-winning family recipes dating back to 1863 and 1875, and only utilizing the highest quality wormwood, sourced specifically from the unique terroir of the region. LUCID FRANCE, LOIRE Lucid Absinthe Supérieure is the first genuine absinthe made with real Grande Wormwood to be legally available in the United States after a 95-year ban. Lucid Absinthe is made in strict accordance with traditional European methods in the historic Combier Distillery of the Loire Valley of France. Designed by Gustave Eiffel in the 1850’s, the distillery and copper alembic pot stills have been producing absinthe for over 100 years. Lucid Absinthe Supérieure 124PF / 375ML / 750ML Lucid is characterized by upfront flavors of anise and fennel, followed by mild mid-palate earthy textures attributable to the absinthe (Artemisia absinthium).
