This program has quickly become respected and highly regarded by Agave geeks globally. ● The confirmation process involves testing of distillate direct from the still, and then from final bottling to confirm there have been no additives / changes made. ● Many distilleries and products are utilizing concentrated flavor additives as a way to mask using subpar Agave, or create additional artificial flavors. ● Cascahuin is one of the few distillers in all of Tequila that has earned this title distillery wide.
