MATHILDE GRIVOT Domaine Jean Grivot Burgundy, France

ANNE MOREAU Domaine Louis Moreau Burgundy, France

Domaine Jean Grivot is among the great names in Burgundian wine. Mathilde is the daughter of the estate owners Étienne and Marielle Grivot, and recently took over winemaking duties from her father. Today, the family’s vineyards are densely planted and farmed organically “sans certification,” while the aim in the cellar is for balance and clear expression of terroir.

Since September 1994, Anne has been responsible for Domaine Louis Moreau’s public relations and has spearheaded the winery’s expansion into export markets such as Norway, Sweden, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, USA, India and Brazil. Today, she serves as the winery’s Sales and Communications Manager. She has been married to Louis since 1995 and they have two daughters.

Véronique Boss-Drouhin grew up in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy. She decided on a winemaking career at an early age, inspired by her family and also the small circle of women working in wine at the time. In the years since, Véronique has become globally recognized for her work in Burgundy and Oregon. She has made more than 30 vintages in each growing region, and is considered an icon in both. Today, Véronique continues to make every wine for Domaine Drouhin.

ADRIANNA CATENA El Enemigo Mendoza, Argentina

Nathalie grew up on her family’s domaine and is now a fifth-generation vigneronne, running the estate with her two cousins. Tollot-Beaut has become one of the most prestigious in Burgundy, thanks in part to Nathalie. Today, she is responsible for managing the business side of the domaine, handling all hospitality, communication, and marketing efforts.

A tribute to the era when European immigrants first settled in Argentina, the wines of El Enemigo embrace both new and old world styles. El Enemigo is a joint project between Oxford educated historian, Adrianna, and winemaker, Alejandro Vigil, whose combined knowledge of the Mendoza region allows them to select ideal vineyard sites yielding quality grapes in their desired style.

Charline is the eighth generation of the Drappier family, rooted in Champagne since 1808. Raised in Urville among vineyards, she joined the family business early. Seeking broader experience, she earned a Humanities degree from La Sorbonne and an MBA in Stockholm. She also completed WSET Level 3. After 18 months in the USA, she took over sales development in 2016 and now leads Sales and Marketing, blending international expertise with tradition to drive the estate’s evolution.

Sarah Vandendriessche joined Elizabeth Spencer as Winemaker in 2010. She gained her winemaking experience through hands-on practice under mentorship and tutoring of Nigel Kisnman and Abe Schoener. As head winemaker Vandendriessche oversees all aspects of production, from managing vineyard practices through to bottling. Her winemaking philosophy ensures all wines all beautifully balanced with purity and elegance.
