COSTANZA CHIRIVINO Sallier de la Tour Sardinia, Italy Costanza Chirivino, with experience managing hospitality at the Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school and serving as brand manager for her family’s Sallier de La Tour estate, is a passionate Sicilian cook and entertainer. As a millennial with a deep curiosity, she travels the world sharing stories and promoting Sicilian wine, particularly those from the Monreale DOC, including Syrah and indigenous varietals.

Sima Rav Hon manages all of the winery’s operations and focuses on building our brand’s unique identity. As she explains: “It’s not just about wine. It’s a flair that envelopes everything we do.” SPHERA is a family project and many of our partners along the way have become our friends. The people in our community also contribute meaningfully to our efforts, as do the glorious vistas of the Judean Hills which echo in our wines and in our hearts.

Julia Zuccardi, 3rd generation of the Zuccardi family, is not only the name behind Santa Julia winery but is also Head of Hospitality for both the Santa Julia and Zuccardi winery. Julia and her family believe sustainability stretches into many more aspects than just winemaking, offering daycare and classes to their employees and their families. Santa Julia is the number one organic producer in Argentina as well as the first to receive a "Fair Trade certification.

In the mid-1990s, Carla and her daughter Nadia acquired a large 18th century farm in the Sirmione area in Lugana called Sansonina, and set about to produce exceptional red wines in an area known for whites. The name Sansonina belonged to a woman who owned the estate centuries ago, nicknamed “Little Samson” for her strong character.

VALENTINA, MERI, & ALESSANDRA TESSARI Suavia Veneto, Italy The Tessari sisters are dedicated to creating terroir-specific, quality Soave wines, using only the native Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave varieties. They represent Suavia’s new generation, with a focus on meticulous vineyard management that includes crop diversification, manual pruning, and the use of natural products and grass planting to preserve soil vitality. Valentina is the winemaker, while Alessandra and Meri look after the export and domestic markets.

CIARA Ten to One Rum Caribbean Islands

In 1987, Beth Weber Novak joined her mother, Mary Novak, becoming the first second-generation family member to become actively involved in guiding Spottswoode Estate. In the almost four decades since, Beth has played a key role in establishing Spottswoode as one of the world’s most highly regarded winegrowing sites, and as one of Napa Valley’s most iconic and respected wineries. She has built a reputation as a leader in the Napa Valley community, advocating on behalf of the wine industry.

Laura was born and raised in Milan, with a PhD cum Laude in Food Preparation Sciences from the University of Milan (1994) and a Masters in Enology from the University of Piacenza (1996). Laura has been Head Enologist at Tasca d’Almerita since June of 2004 and oversees winemaking operations for all Tasca’s five estates. She was even named Winemaker of the Year in 2010 by the Guida del Giornale di Sicilia. When asked to define her ideal wine in three words, Orsi declares: “A wine should be emotional, balanced and above all else express its own unique identity.”

Ciara has joined Trinidad-born founder and CEO Marc Farrell as an investor, co-owner and director for Ten To One rum. In Ciara’s role, she focuses on marketing, creative and business development, as well as strategic partnerships. “From my first sip of Ten To One, I was immediately transported,” said Ciara, quoted by BusinessWire. “Not only is the product exceptional, but Marc has helped the brand establish a clear and authentic point of view. I knew immediately that I had to get involved!”
