The distinguishing blue bottle of Massaya Arak symbolizes the twilight sky in the Beqaa Valley. Massaya Arak is distilled from native obeïdi grapes with organic green aniseed and aged in ancient style clay jars for an average of two years. Our Arak is best served on ice, or subdued with cool, fresh water as an aperitif or digestif.
