Chamisal Vineyards was among the first to plant Chardonnay grapes in Edna Valley in 1972, demonstrating the area’s potential for cool climate grape growing. The winery specializes in producing high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, known for their expression of the California Central Coast. Chamisal has a strong dedication to sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices, including biodynamic farming techniques. BELLINGHAM Bellingham, one of South Africa’s oldest wine estates, has a history dating back to 1693 when it was founded by Gerrit Janz van Vuuren and his French Huguenot wife.

Located in the Franschhoek Valley, Bellingham has a legacy of innovation within the South African wine industry. They were the first to release a Cape Rosé in 1949 and a single varietal Shiraz in 1956. Bellingham’s winemaking philosophy is centered on reflecting the unique terroir of its vineyards, which are located in various regions including Stellenbosch, Durbanville, Paarl, and Swartland. The brand focuses on producing contemporary, structured wines with a distinct sense of place. A portion of global sales supports the IEF, which funds early childhood development programs for the children of wineland workers. Indaba offers a range of fresh, juicy, and approachable wines, including Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Mosaic (a red blend). The grapes are sourced from various regions within the Cape Winelands, and the wines are consistently recognized for their value and quality. ALLTECH TOWN BRANCH BOURBON LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY Town Branch Bourbon is produced by Alltech’s Lexington Brewing and Distilling Company in

Lexington, Kentucky. The distillery, opened in 2012, was the first built in Lexington in over 100 years. It’s also a stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The name commemorates the waterway that flows beneath Lexington, upon which the city was founded. This waterway, in the limestone-rich Bluegrass region, provides water for the distillery, filtering out iron and adding calcium. The standard Town Branch Bourbon has a mash bill of 72% corn, 15% malted barley, and 13% rye and is 80 proof (40% ABV) aged in new, charred white oak barrels. The core blending range for the standard bourbon is between 5 and 8 years. It is light and easy drinking with notes of caramel, toffee, brown sugar, cherry, and hints of spice. Other Town Branch offerings include Town Branch Rye Whiskey, Pearse Lyons Reserve Malt Whiskey, Town Branch Single Barrel Bourbon and various limited releases and barrel finishes. CHARBAY DISTILLERY ST HELENA, CALIFORNIA Charbay is a family-owned winery and distillery with a rich history dating back to 18th-century Serbia, with a lineage of 13 generations of winemakers and distillers. Located in Napa Valley and Ukiah, California, Charbay is known for its handcrafted spirits, including whiskey, rum, brandy, and flavored vodkas, often using unique and innovative techniques. They were one of the first in the U.S. to distill brandy, starting in 1983. Charbay emphasizes traditional distillation methods, using copper alembic pot stills and are known for their hands-on approach, using whole ingredients like real fruit, botanicals, and noted for distilling spirits from finished craft beers like IPAs and stouts. Their rum is crafted with a unique process using a vacuum still to extract sugar cane syrup and aging it in stainless steel and French oak barrels. Their vodka is flavored with whole fruit and is free of artificial essences, perfumes, dyes, or fragrances.

TAPATIO JALISCO, MEXICO

Tapatio Tequila is a highly respected, traditionally made tequila from the La Alteña distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico, founded in 1937.

It is family-owned and operated, currently run by Carlos Camarena, the grandson of the founder, Don Felipe Camarena. It’s known for its commitment to quality, using traditional methods like brick ovens, a tahona (stone wheel) for crushing agave, and copper pot stills for distillation. Tapatio does not use glycerin, sweeteners, coloring, or synthetic flavors, ensuring the purest expression of only agave, yeast and water in their tequilas. Tapatio offers several expressions, including Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Excelencia (Extra Añejo). Tapatio Blanco is known for its bright, clean, and agave-forward character, making it suitable for both sipping and mixing. The Reposado expression is aged in used bourbon barrels, developing a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of spice, earthiness, oak, and vanilla. The Añejo is aged in American white oak barrels and is known for being agave-forward with a spicy character. Tapatio also offers a 110 proof Blanco, known for its intense agave flavor and complexity, often used as a benchmark for high-proof tequilas and a classic bartender’s darling.

Siempre Tequila, founded by Monica Sanita and Alex Lacroix, has grown from a small venture into a recognized international brand known for its dedication to crafting high-quality tequila. Siempre Tequila utilizes 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Jalisco region of Mexico and emphasizes traditional methods, such as roasting blue agave in brick ovens and utilizing open-air fermentation. They also incorporate innovative techniques like their “Mozart Method” during fermentation, playing classical music to the yeast to deepen the connection between agave and yeast. Siempre Tequila offers a range of expressions catering to various preferences, including: PLATA: Unaged, known for its balanced flavor, blending highland and lowland characteristics, smooth and naturally sweet. REPOSADO: Aged in American white oak vats with a deep hand fired char, offering notes of oak, fruit, honey, and vanilla. AÑEJO: Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, providing notes of toffee, salted caramel, chocolate, vanilla, and peppercorns. SUPREMO: A high-proof, wild-fermented blanco tequila crafted from 100% tahona-crushed Supremo agave, noted for its rich flavor and higher sugar content. REBEL CASK: A limited series of aged expressions with varied aging in bespoke oak barrels from around the world.
