Irish Sour 2oz L.L. Kinahan’s Irish Whiskey 1oz simple syrup 3 / 4 oz fresh lemon juice Dash Angostura bitters Shake & strain into ice filled rocks glass Garnish with lemon wheel & cherry

2oz fresh lime juice 3 / 4 oz ginger liqueur 1 / 2 oz simple syrup

1 / 4 oz Clover honey syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir & strain into ice filled rocks glass Garnish with an orange slice & cherry

Shake & strain into Collins glass, top with soda water Garnish with mint sprigs and a lime wedge
