COCCHI ITALY, PIEDMONT Cocchi has produced wine-based aperitifs and vermouths since 1891. Since 1978, the company has been owned and operated by the Bava Family, themselves renowned producers of still and sparkling wine in Monferrato and Langhe. Because of this great winemaking history, all of the Cocchi aperitifs and vermouths are made with indigenous Piedmontese varietals, like Moscato, Brachetto and Nebbiolo. Dopo Teatro #400155 / 500ml / $19.33 This ‘Vermouth Amaro’ has been created according to the original recipe by Giulio Cocchi where Artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of cinchona. The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicately red nuances and a further soft and complex note – totally Cocchi style. Vermouth di Torino #677456 / 750ml / $15.33 This Moscato-based vermouth is a true Vermouth di Torino - one of the only two protected geographical indication of origins for vermouth. The rich, vibrant flavor profile offers complex notes of cocoa, citrus fruit and rhubarb, backed by a balanced bitter undertone. Enjoy neat or mixed in classic cocktails. “Bottles You’ll Want to Try” Esquire 5 Stars Difford’s Guide 3.15 96pts Ultimate Spirits Challenge

Blanc expressed Claudius Comoz’s selection of wines, plants and fruits, many of which come from the hills above Chambéry.
