JENSENS UK, ENGLAND When Christian Jensen first tasted the vintage gins from London’s lost distilleries, he began a journey. Creating a finely balanced gin that honoured these forgotten recipes became his obsession. That’s why Jensen’s is distilled in small batches, using only traditional gin botanicals. So there’s really nothing new about Jensen’s, and that’s why it’s different. Distilled in Bermondsey, London, Jensen’s is gin as it was. Bermondsey Gin #116153 / 750ml / $27.33 Bermondsey Dry gin is a recreation of a classic, old- fashioned London Dry style. Smooth and rounded, with delicate floral and citrus notes it is an essential gin for a Dry Martini. Jensens Old Tom Gin #415090 / 750ml / $28.67 Jensen’s Old Tom recipe was taken from a distiller’s handbook from the 1840s. It is a true Old

LEOPOLD BROTHERS DENVER, COLORADO American Small-Batch Gin #779383 / 750ml / $30.00 Small batch distilled by brothers Scott & Todd Leopold. It is infused with more citrus and less juniper than typical gins. Each handcrafted batch is unique, yielding only fifty cases of an exceptionally complex yet subtle spirit. Gentler, softer, suppler, and more delicate than most gin... it’s beautiful, fresh, gracefully perfumed... and well worth a try. “#1 Best American Gin” Wall Street Journal Highly Recommended Beverage Testing Institute “Navy Strength” American Gin #932770 / 750ml / $36.00 This high-octane, full-throttle gin is loaded with herbaceous character and tons of bitter citrus peel. Even at 57%, it doesn’t feel overproofed, but in total balance. This is not the standard Leopold formula with more alcohol. It’s an entirely new formula for people looking to make serious cocktails. Try it in a Tom Collins or gin and tonic and taste the wonderfully concentrated flavor. “Top 10 Spirits” Good Food Awards, 2013 92pts Beverage Testing Institute This bright, citrus-forward, vibrant gin truly captures the Summer season. By individually distilling the juniper berries, coriander, bloodorange, lemonmyrtle leaf, andHelichrysum angustifolium (known as ‘Immortal Flower’), we are able to highlight the truest expression of each ingredient, before blending it into the perfect spirit for a TomCollins or Gimlet. Summer Gin (Seasonal) #500455 / 750ml / $29.99

Tom gin, similar to those used by the bartenders of the mid-to-late 1800s. Unsweetened and earthy, it has a deep flavour that adds complexity to many drinks.
