Owner & Co-founder, Pajarote Mónica Leyva founded Pajarote in 2001 with her brother Rubén. Their hand-crafted Ponche-inspired liqueurs are made from authentic Mexican ingredients and traditions passed down by her grandmother, with the philosophy that gastronomic culture is often rooted in family tradition.

In 2010, together with winemaker Alejandro Vigil, Adrianna founded El Enemigo, creating wines that speak to the obsessive nature of its owners and their commitment to artisanship and terroir. Adrianna holds an MPhil and PhD from the University of Oxford and has been awarded prestigious fellowships by the Clarendon Fund, Balliol College, and the Leverhulme Trust. Today, she blends her experience in Academia with her passion for Viticulture and Winemaking.

Since the end of 2010, the House of Laurent-Perrier has been managed by Alexandra Pereyre and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt, daughters of the emblematic Bernard de Nonancourt—enabling the continuity of the independent, family-owned house. Alexandra’s eldest daughter Lucie Pereyre de Nonancourt joined in 2019 to represent Grand Siècle.
