CHIARO DI LUNA (MOONLIGHT) INGREDIENTS 20 Ml Grappa Bianca Nardini

10 Ml Orgeat Syrup

90 Ml Zardetto Prosecco One Sprig Fresh Rosemary

3 Chunks Fresh Pineapple

Slice Of Orange

DIRECTIONS Muddle pineapple and half the rosemary in a bar glass with the orgeat. Add ice and grappa. Slowly pour in the Prosecco while gently pulling the other ingredients up from the bottom with a bar spoon.
