We’ve been growing our own Juniper since 1996, so making gin seemed the natural thing to do.With careful attention, we set out to use only the best ingredients and day-by-day,added to the blend to create a luxurious, pure gin. We also use small amounts of seeds from Anise, Fennel, Coriander, Cumin, and Cardamom; along with Ginger and lime zest.

This is a botanical dry gin made from local estate grown Long Island potatoes that been triple distilled, infused with 28 local and exotic botanicals, then finished in Rough Rider/Pine Barrens whisky barrels.
