PINE BARRENS USA, LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK AMERICAN SINGLE MALT Pine Barrens Single Malt 95PF / 375ML / 750ML Long Island Spirits distiller, Rich Stabile, collaborated with nearby Blue Point Brewery to create this whiskey, which is credited with being the first American single malt made on Long Island. It’s distilled in small batches from the very hoppy Old Howling Bastard Beer. The idea is that every whiskey starts as beer, but why not distill one from something you’d already want to drink (if you like that sort of thing)? The whiskey is then matured in 10-gallon casks at 125 proof using water from the Pine Barrens Forest Preserve and aged for 2 months, then brought down to Pine Barrens Bottled in Bond from Long Island Spirits is the first American single malt whiskey to carry the federal government’s designation. The limited release expression has been aged and bottled according to rules set out by the US government’s Standards of Identity for Distilled Spirits legislation. Pine Barrens Single Malt Cherry Smoked 95PF / 375ML Master Distiller Rich Stabile first produces a mash of English Style Barley Wine Ale, a heavily hopped hearty brew. With this new Cherrywood Pine Barrens, the malted barley is smoked over cherrywood fire to add an additional layer of flavor prior to the fermentation process. Not peated, but a sweet smoky aroma is added to the rich and spicy malty flavor of the small batch American Single Malt Whisky. Double distilled in copper pot stills, an American Classic in the making. PAUL SUTTON USA, KENTUCKY Paul Sutton Bourbon® is a namesake bourbon produced by our family for seven generations. Our bottled in bond bourbon whiskey uses a sweet mash process. Our grains are from locally owned and operated family farms. This is how our family has made bourbon whiskey for over 100 years and we are continuing that family tradition today. Paul Sutton Kentucky Straight Bourbon Cask Strength 117PF / 750ML Distilled in a traditional 18-inch column still, it is then meticulously aged in charred oak barrels to create a rich, sweet pour. Created in batches of twelve and yielding just eighteen to twenty barrels a day. The nose offers up caramel and rye spice, followed by hot cornbread with melted butter. The palate is big, offering up crème brûlée, salted peanuts, cloves, and orange zest. Towards the back it veers into dryness and heat though, with leather, char, and tannic oak. Closing notes on a moderate length finish include fresh mint and vanilla. ROUGH RIDER USA, LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK Rough Rider Double-Casked Straight Bourbon 90PF / 750ML Named after the First United States Volunteer Cavalry - the “Rough Riders” - originally organized by Long Island’s own Teddy Roosevelt in 1898 to fight in the Spanish-American War. The whisky is a mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley. After initial aging in new charred oak, it is finished in merlot and chardonnay casks from local wineries. The wine casks themselves are washed in local brandy before the bourbon goes in for final aging. Rough Rider Single Barrel Bourbon The Old Lion 8Yr 126PF / 750ML The Old Lion Single Barrel, Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon Whisky was inspired by Teddy Roosevelt’s spirit of adventure of discovery. In Teddy’s later years, he was nicknamed “The Old Lion”. This very rare whisky is an 8-Year-Old High Rye Straight Bourbon, fermented from local Long Island grains using a sweet mash process, then finally bottled at Barrel Proof. Whiskey pays tribute to the Progressive Party, which was formed by Roosevelt in 1912. The party became known as the “Bull Moose Party” after Roosevelt, who had just been wounded in an assassination attempt, boasted that “it takes more than that to kill a bull moose.” The rye is made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley and is matured in three types of casks.

Four generations of Pogues before us, starting with our great, great, great grandfather, H.E. Pogue I, began distilling Pure Rye Whiskey in Maysville in 1876. Old Maysville Club Straight Rye Whiskey Bottled in Bond 100PF / 750ML Old Maysville Club in is a 100% rye malt mash bill, matured in 53-gallon New American White Oak Charred Barrels and a small batch bottling. Old Pogue Masters Select Straight Bourbon 91PF / 750ML Old Pogue was the flagship product of the original H.E. Pogue Distillery in 1876 and is also the first product released by the modern Pogue Distillery. The product was fashioned after an original bottle of Old Pogue that remained in the family for over a century.
