JACK RYAN IRELAND, DUBLIN The Ryan family have long associations with Irish whiskey going back to a time when they bottled their own Ryan’s Malt which they produced in association with The Dublin Whiskey Distillery until their famous distillery closed its doors in 1946. To celebrate the Ryan’s 100th Year Anniversary in 2013, the family decided to revive their Jack Ryan’s Malt whiskey. Jack Ryan 12 Yr Irish Single Malt 92PF / 750ML LIMITED RELEASE On the palate it has a smooth and oily texture, even at 92 proof it is soft and easy to drink. Flavors of fresh pineapple, lemon, oranges, marmalade and ginger snaps with some honey and oak. There is a limited quantity as only 1450 bottles of Jack Ryan 12 YR have been produced. Gold Irish whiskey Awards ‘22 Jack Ryan Whiskey Co presents Raglan Road, Cask Strength 54.9% ABV 5-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, a collaboration finish fashioned in Brehon Brewhouse Imperial Stout, aged in Bourbon and Madeira. Spring barley poetry, composed in Monaghan and Dublin, writ large in stony grey soil and storied streets, rugged and tender, tastes that speak the passionate heart. Raglan Road Ballsbridge, a hundred years or so from Kavanagh’s unrequited love - vanity’s vapour now, echoes of the poet’s ache. Thomas Ryan’s Haddington Road dream fulfilled – stanzas of malt, for the times that were and are, and will be. The Ryans are whiskey finishers, and well versed at that. 3500 bottles numbered and signed by Ryan scion Eunan. PEARSE LYONS IRELAND, DUBLIN Pearse Lyons Distillery opened its doors in 2017 and produces a line of award-winning Irish Whiskeys. The Pearse 5-Year-Old Single Malt was the first to be produced by a new distillery in Ireland in more than 25 years, marking a historic milestone in the re-evolution of the Irish Whiskey industry. In 2019, the distillery began making single pot still whiskey, the traditional style of distilling in Ireland. To date, our distillery experts continue to innovate with new releases and exciting barreling programs. Pearse Distillers Choice 7Yr Irish Whiskey 86PF / 750ML Distiller’s Choice is a blended 7-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of grain and malt whiskeys predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Sherry barrel aged whiskey in the mix. The Kentucky Bourbon barrels come from our sister distillery in Lexington. This Irish Whiskey contains our own single malt. 2020 and 2021 World Whiskies Awards Category Winner, Blended Irish Whiskeys 12 Years and Under. Pearse Founders Choice 12Yr Irish Singl Malt Whiskey 86PF / 750ML Pearse Founder’s Choice is a 12-year-old Single Malt aged in ex Bourbon barrels. The Kentucky Bourbon barrels come from our sister distillery in Lexington. Pearse The Original 5Yr Irish Whiskey 86PF / 750ML The Original is a blended 5-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of malt and grain, aged in Town Branch Kentucky ex-Bourbon barrels from our sister distillery in Lexington.
