J. RIEGER & COMPANY MISSOURI J. Rieger & Co. is a Kansas City, Missouri distillery, founded by Jacob Rieger in 1887. It was shut down in December 1919 due to the onset of federal Prohibition. and reestablished in 2014 by co founders Andy Rieger and Ryan Maybee. Rieger’s Kansas City Whiskey 92PF / 750ML A blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Light Corn Whiskey, and Straight Rye Whiskey, all aged at least 4 years, as well as a small amount of 15-year old Oloroso Sherry from the Williams & Humbert Bodega in Jerez.

Rieger’s Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye 100PF / 750ML Our 2021 Bottled-In-Bond Straight Rye Whiskey, barreled in the Fall of 2015, represents the first Whiskey distilled in Kansas City since Prohibition, and the first barrels laid down at the J. Rieger & Co. distillery in nearly a century. We proudly present this Rye to you in remembrance of, and in tribute to, one of our founding partners, Dave Pickerell. This Whiskey would not exist without him. Rieger’s Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye 6-Year 100PF / 750ML Our master distiller Nathan Perry worked with mentor Dave Pickerell, a legend in the whiskey industry, to create this special rye. Our Straight Rye Whiskey Bottled in Bond is held to rigorous standards. We use only the finest grains available to create the 96% rye, 4% barley mash bill. We then age it for six years in our historic Kansas City rickhouse, resulting in an exemplary whiskey with complex aromas and rich flavors. It’s a delicious rye for you to enjoy and a fitting tribute to our friend Dave. Rieger’s Monogram Whiskey Solera Reserve 100PF / 750ML The 2023 Rieger’s Monogram Whiskey is the first release of our “Kansas City Whiskey - Solera Reserve,” which celebrates the deep, complex terroir of the legendary sherry botas and its effect on American whiskey. The solera method uses fractional blending to age the whiskey. It’s a continual process of removing a portion of the whiskey from the barrel, then topping it off with another batch, over many years. This “never-ending barrel” approach creates a unique yet consistent mixture of ages. Having expanded our solera to ten casks between 50-100 years old adds layers of flavor and complexity to what is already a very special bottling.

On the nose is clover honey and red fruits. Nutty notes of toasted cashews & candied almond. Hints of dried mint & sage. Buttered toast and salted caramel, cigar tobacco, and fruity hints of black cherry and dried apricot. Sweet and spicy notes, including cinnamon popcorn and burnt clove. BLUNDERBUSS INGREDIENTS 1.50 oz Rieger’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey 0.50 oz Giffard Peche de Vigne 0.75 oz Simple Syrup 0.75 oz Lemon Juice 1.50 oz Sparkling Water DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients, except sparkling water, in cocktail tin. Shake with ice.

POMPONETTE SNAP INGREDIENTS 1 oz Rieger Kansas City Whiskey ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice ½ oz Simple Syrup (1:1 Sugar to Water) 2 tbsp Fruit Preserve 1 oz Dry Red Wine Float DIRECTIONS Stir the preserve with the lemon juice at the bottom of a cocktail shaker until it
