Using malted barley and fresh spring water fed from the Blue Ridge Mountains, our spirit was developed to leverage Virginia’s climate, allowing the broad temperature shifts to add depth to our whisky. Hand-hammered copper pot stills crafted in Scotland are used to distill our spirit using time-honored techniques. What makes us a distinctly American whisky, and defines our signature taste, is our unique combination of casks aged in Virginia’s climate. Aged a minimum of four years, this 100% malted barley whisky is matured in former Sherry, Bourbon and Cuvée wine casks. 96pts Wine Enthusiast ‘21 94pts Ultimate Whiskey Challenge ‘20 Virginia Distillery Single Malt Courage & Conviction Double Cask Reserve 92PF / 50ML Double Cask Reserve features our American single malt whisky that was individually aged for a minimum of five years in first fill bourbon casks and STR European red wine Cuvée casks before being vatted together for a gradual, gentle marriage. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 48% ABV. Virginia Distillery Single Malt Courage & Conviction Bourbon Cask 92PF / 50ML / 750ML Aging in former Bourbon casks sourced from Kentucky adds notes of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, and toffee. The finish is creamy and exceptionally smooth. 91pts Whiskey Advocate ‘21 Gold SF World Spirits Competition Virginia Distillery Single Malt Courage & Conviction Cuvée Cask 92PF / 50ML / 750ML This innovative “STR” cask is sourced from premium European red wine producers. The cask is shaved, re-toasted and re-charred, energizing the wood sugars. VHW Series Virginia Distillery VHW Cider Cask Whisky 92PF / 750ML

VHW Cider Cask Finished Whisky is made from 100% malted barley, marrying American Single Malt whisky made on-site in Virginia with aged Scotch malt whisky. The whisky finishes in casks sourced primarily from Virginia cideries such as Potter’s Craft Cider and Buskey Cider for an additional 8 to 20 months. Cask finished for 8 to 12 months in cider casks coming from Virginia producers. This release is offered annually during the fall and is a limited release. Virginia Distillery VHW Port Cask Whisky 92PF / 750ML VHW Port Cask Finished Whisky is made from 100% malted barley, marrying American Single Malt whisky made on-site in Virginia with aged Scotch malt whisky. A focus on finishing in Port casks for a minimum of 12 months adds depth and complexity. Port Cask is made from 100% malted barley and showcases both Old World and New World whisky-making. Virginia Distillery Combo Vap 1bt 750 Sgl Mlt 3bt 50ml 92PF / 750ML Virginia Distillery VHW Coffee Cask Finished Whisky 92PF / 750ML VHW Scholar’s Craft Coffee Cask American Single Malt whisky is made from 100% malted barley, aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in barrels that previously held ethically sourced, small-batch coffee. We selected coffee for this expression to acknowledge the vital role that coffee plays in the lives of the students we seek to support.
