Frank August Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon 100PF / 750ML Frank August’s Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon opens with hints of caramel and vanilla that are balanced with warm oak and mild baking spices which warm the senses. GOLD San Francisco Spirits Competition ’23 Frank August Bourbon Case Study 2 1948 XO PX The 10 beautifully rare brandy casks that ‘Case Study’ 2 were finished in, were first filled in 1992 with very old Pedro Ximenez for 17 years, then dumped and immediately refilled with extra old Pedro Ximenez from 1948 for an additional 13 years. 30 years of considered and incomparable aging, before they made their way into our hands in Kentucky. Still ‘wet’, we immediately filled them with hand selected barrels of Frank August Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. From there, we began tasting them every 30 days for an undisclosed amount of time until each barrel reached the ideal taste and favor-profile we are proud to now introduce. Frank August Bourbon Case Study 1 Mizunara Oak Cask 114.4PF / 750ML For the foundational release of ‘Case Study’, Frank August hand selected 5 barrels to be finished with Mizunara, Japanese Oak. Due to the porous nature of Mizunara, each barrel was tested every 30 days to monitor the impact of this rare and beautiful wood. After an undisclosed time, the favor profile evolved into a beautiful bend of butterscotch and baking spices. Next, the bourbon was dumped and batched to preserve the wonderful notes created. The final step was to find the perfect proof that highlighted all the remarkable notes that the Mizunara had imparted on the bourbon whiskey, which ended up being 114.4. Frank August Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon 123.8PF / 750ML This is Frank August’s 2nd release of hand-selected single barrels. Unparalleled relationships with some of the most respected and discerning master distillers and master blenders in the industry, allow us to enlist them in identifying the very best 15 single barrels in their collection. Through this process, each hand-selected barrel was bottled at cask strength, sitting between 114.6 - 125.4 proof and are 6.1 years old. Brandy Cask 101PF / 750ML

100 PROOF This Straight Bourbon undergoes a graceful finishing process in 8-year-old Rum Casks. The Rum itself is traditionally pot distilled by Long Island Spirits from black strap molasses and pure cane sugar.
